Rick E Lewis lived in Rome during Woodstock 99. He worked at a local news station and was able to get a press pass to the festival and borrow film equipment from the station. Rick took many photos and videos. He even made his own documentary – Before During and After Woodstock 99. Parks sat down with Rick to hear his story.
